Where we are
Where are the Jardines Villaverde apartments?
Jardines Villaverde is in the C. del Sol, s/n, of Villaverde de Pontones (Cantabria), a minute walk from the Cenador de Amós.
There are 10 apartments and studios in a house from 1884, with garden and saltwater pool. Somo Beach is an 11-minute drive (7 km) and Santander is 17 minutes (21 km).
How far are the beaches?
The beaches of Somo, Loredo, El Puntal and Los Tranquilos are an 11-minute drive (7 km). Langre is 14 minutes (9.5 km) and Galizano is 13 minutes (11 km).
The beaches of Santander, the Sardinero and Los Peligros, are about 25 minutes by car (25 km).
How far is Santander Airport? What about Cabárceno?
Santander Airport is a 14-minute drive (18 km). Cabárceno Nature Park is 17 minutes (21 km), as is the center of Santander.
The stay
When is the pool open?
The pool is open from May to mid-October, from 9:30 to 21:00. It is salt water, is heated to 28 ° and can be used by all guests.
Bath towels are for use inside the apartment, so bring a towel for the pool.
What time is the entrance and exit? Is there a reception?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00.
There's no reception. If it is closed when you arrive, call the mobile phone at the door and we will attend you right away. You can also check-in online before arriving, from the website menu.
How many people fit in each apartment?
The three studios (Los Locos, Los Peligros and Las Vistas) are for 2 or 3 people. Los Tranquilos is for 4 or 5 people, and the rest of the apartments are for 4 to 6 people.
If you are more than 5 people, call us: those reservations cannot be made directly on the web.
What does the stay include? Is there wifi?
All apartments have wifi and full kitchen. The rate includes sheets, towels and final cleaning.
For stays of 6 nights or more, cleaning with change of towels and bed linen is free. For shorter stays, an extra cleaning costs 30€. In the house there is a laundry with 2 washing machines and a dryer.
Is there parking?
Yeah, and it's free. There are 10 parking spaces at the door, one for each apartment.
Can I charge my electric car?
Yes, at night. In the parking there are 2 plugs to recharge the electric car with the portable charger of the car itself (slow charge). They are not recharging points, so you have to bring your charger.
You can recharge the car from 22:00 to 08:00, and the recharge has to finish before 08:00. Due to the management of the electrical power, it can not be recharged outside that schedule. It costs 5€ per night and you have to let us know before.
Families, accessibility and standards
Do you have cot and high chair for babies?
Yes, yes. We have cot and high chair for babies, at no cost.
Is there an apartment adapted for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, Langre. It has 50 m², two independent rooms and private garden, for 4 to 6 people. Access to the pool is also adapted.
Are pets allowed?
No. Jardines Villaverde does not allow pets in any of its 10 apartments.
Can you smoke?
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments or on the premises. There are smoking areas in the car park and in a garden area, next to the cabin.
Until what time can you be in the garden?
The garden can be enjoyed day and night until 00:00, when the lights go out and the facilities are closed. The pool is open from 9:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Reservations and payments
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 1 night, although it may vary on specific dates. The booking system tells you when choosing the dates.
When is the stay paid?
The stay is paid upon departure. No deposit is required when booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free up to 3 days before arrival. If you cancel in the previous 3 days, or do not show up without warning, a night is charged.
What are the advantages of booking on the official website?
If you book on the official website and find your reservation cheaper elsewhere, call us and we will match the price.
With stays of 2 nights or more, the first day we give you a gourmet breakfast with local products. In addition, we welcome you with small artisan flavors selected for direct bookings.
