In compliance with Law 1/2018 of 21 March 2018 on the Transparency of Public Activity, La Casona de Villaverde S.L. endorses the provisions on the transparency of our activity in the following articles:

We declare that there are no annual remunerations and compensations of the holders of the administrative or management bodies.

Article 28(6):

‘The regulatory bases, award decisions or agreements that implement the granting of subsidies or public aid must include the obligation to publish by the subjects of Article 6 of this Law who are legal persons receiving subsidies or public aid of a minimum amount of EUR 10,000, the annual remuneration and compensation of the holders of the administrative or management bodies, such as president, secretary-general, manager, treasurer and technical director, in the terms of Article 39.6 of this Law.’

Article 39(6):

‘The subjects referred to in Articles 5 and 6 of this Law shall ensure the publication of the information to which they are obliged by this Law through their websites in a specific section on transparency, without prejudice to inter-administrative collaboration measures that, where appropriate, may be implemented. If they do not have their own website, they shall publish it on the websites of the federations, organisations, associations or groups to which they belong. If they do not have a website, this must be communicated to the body granting the subsidy or public aid for publicity. In the event of publication on the Cantabria Transparency Portal, the granting body shall forward the information to the body referred to in Article 38 of this Law.’
