Villaverde de Pontones, between Santander and the beaches
Villaverde de Pontones is a village in Trasmiera, in the municipality of Ribamontán al Monte. It is quiet and very well located. Right in front of the house there is a small supermarket and a pharmacy.

Sleep next to the Cenator of Amos
The Cenador de Amos, with 3 Michelin stars, is in the old palace of Mazarrasa, a minute walk from Jardines Villaverde.
After dinner, you walk back to your apartment. No car and no taxi.

Close to the beaches of Somo, Loredo, Langre and Galizano
Jardines Villaverde It's not on the beach: is inland, a few minutes drive from the best beaches in the area. In return, you have a heated pool, garden and free parking at the door.
Somo Beach, 11 minutes away, is the reference beach for surfing in Cantabria. In less than 15 minutes you are in Langre and Galizano, two natural beaches good for disconnecting and surfing.

Cabárceno, Santander and the airport

Which apartment to choose
- In pairs: the Studies Los Locos, Los Peligros y Las Vistas, for 2 or 3 persons. All three have double whirlpool tubs.
- With family or friends: Los Tranquilos, for 4 or 5 persons, and Somo, Loredo, Langre, Galizano, El Puntal y Sardinero, for 4 to 6 people.
- With reduced mobility: Langre, with adapted access to the pool.
What you have in the house
- Saltwater pool heated to 28°, from May to mid-October, from 9:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Garden until 00:00, with a private chill-out cube for each apartment.
- Coffee corner (coffee is free), barbecue area and playground.
- Free parking at the door, one place per apartment, and 2 plugs to recharge the electric car at night.
- Wifi and full kitchen in all apartments. Laundry in the house.
